Trotwood residents Joe and Pam Heintz opened their second Artisans Cafe in Miamisburg this month. Mayor Dick Church helped cut the ribbon. Trotwood's New York Pizzeria has opened a second location in Dayton's St Anne's district.

The horses enjoy stopping for a drink in Wolf Creek during one of the campout weekend group rides. The horsemen's council recently completed a new trail in the park expanding the system from 13 to 20 miles of trails.
Ashley Haley pins the new badge on her husband Seth after being sworn in at this week's city council meeting. The new full time firefighters fill vacancies created by two retirements this spring.
A local resident appreciates the new sidewalks on Salem Avenue. Trotwood has been working on it's curb appeal and this summer's last phase of construction will complete the sidewalk system from Olive Rd to Dayton.
Trotwood Mayor swears in Christopher Gilson to the Trotwood Fire Department. Gilson started with Trotwood as a volunteer in 1997 and will now be full time. His parents Cindy and Skip couldn't hide their smiles.
